Kuli'ou'ou Ridge - Hiking

Kuli'ou'ou Ridge (2,064ft)
Elevation Gain: 1,804 feet
Trails: Kuli'ou'ou Ridge Trail
Distance: 5 miles roundtrip
Duration: 3.5 hours
Difficulty: Easy to Moderate
Danger: Low to Medium (exposed ledge at end of trail)

My cousin Darrell and I met Neil and Mike at the trailhead. The ridge was socked in and so there were no views of the Windward side of the island.  But on our descent, it started to clear and views of Koko Crater, Koko Head, the back of Diamond Head and Kuli'ou'ou Valley came into view.

At the trailhead, you can see the valley is socked in!
The trail was slightly muddy (2)
There are about 5/6 sets of these plastic steps
